Pilot

Pilot brews craft beer in Leith, working from 4b Stewartfield. The online shop sells mixed cases — Core 12, Easy Drinkers, Pales & IPAs — plus a Peach Melba Spirit Drink, beer club subscriptions and merchandise from beanies to Leith Lager football shirts. Brewery tours can be booked or bought as vouchers, and the company runs its own bars. Drinklusion and a foodbank scheme sit alongside the beer. Contactable Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
