The OldCrown Inn

Community-owned pub bought by its regulars in 2003, one of England's first co-operatively run pubs. Hesket Newmarket Brewery operates from a barn behind the building, supplying the six handpumps. Two dining rooms serve home-cooked food alongside the pub's own cask ales.
