Halal butcher founded in 1970 by Sardar Ali Malik and now run by the third generation of the family. Sells fresh, never-frozen halal beef, lamb, mutton and chicken alongside house-made sausages and cured wagyu pastrami, with vacuum-sealed packaging and nationwide delivery from the Dunstall Road shop.
