Founded by Steve Mills in 1978 and now run by his son Rob, this Hockley Heath butcher sells native breed beef, organic lamb and Gloucester Old Spot pork alongside dry-cured bacon and a deli counter of English and continental cheeses and pâtés. Sausages and burgers are made on the premises daily using the same recipes the shop started with.
